We take on all three trades, on new build and on renovation.

We lay tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, residential floors, balconies and external areas.

We take on the whole job: stripping out the old floor, preparing the substrate, waterproofing where it is needed, laying, grouting and cleaning up. We work on new build and on renovation.

We take the slab, cut it to the dimensions of the room and fit it. We take on kitchen and bathroom worktops, window sills, thresholds, stair treads, hearths, sinks and floors.

We take on waterproofing for flat roofs and terraces, balconies, basements and retaining walls. We work with bitumen membrane and with liquid applied systems, on new build and in repairing waterproofing that has failed.

Five stages, in a fixed sequence on every project.

  1. Site visit and measurement

    We come to the site, check the substrate and take dimensions.

  2. Materials and quotation

    We propose the material, work out the quantity and give a quotation before work starts.

  3. Substrate preparation

    We clean, restore the level, form the falls and prime.

  4. Installation

    We lay, make the cuts at corners and pipe runs, and check as we go.

  5. Grouting and handover

    We grout, clean up and hand the room back ready to use.

The business is based in Volos and works across Thessaly. In Magnesia: Volos, Nea Ionia, Alli Meria, Agria, Ano Lechonia, Kato Lechonia, Portaria, Makrinitsa, Milies, Tsagarada, Zagora, Nea Anchialos, Velestino and Almyros. Work outside Magnesia is undertaken following a site visit and measurement.
